PxServer Real Time Monitoring System

PxServer allows users to check the activity status of the overall equipment at a glance.
It collects the operation information of CNC equipment in real time to check OEE at all times.

NC Monitoring System

NC equipment Information Printing

Information collection of monitoring information, automatic printing of statistics reports

Users can check the Operation Rate of all equipment in graphs and print them through PxServer or PxClient. NC equipment’s daily and weekly work patterns are analyzed to enhance the equipment’s Operation Rate and print out information to help users to use it to improve productivity.

NC Equipment System

PxClient [Equipment Operation Status Dashboard]

  • It provides a real time monitoring information on a computer between PxServer and connecting network.
  • It prints out the operation rate statistics and monthly reports.

Real Time Communication [SMS message transmission]

  • It sends out notifications to designated managers about weekend or nighttime unmanned operations.
  • It can improve machine's uptime while reducing working hours of employees.

PxServer [Real Time Monitoring]

  • Equipment condition check : In-process, halt, await, alarm, etc
  • Graphic check : process coordinate tracking, process rate
  • Work information : coordinate system, process completion schedule by process, estimated work time, completion time
  • processing status, processing mode, ATC Numbering, coordinate system, processing conditions (feed, rpm, override)

A machining center, NC shelf, and turn mill that contain FANUC i series, Heidenhain, Siemens equipment.

NC Monitoring System

It allows an immediate response such as the control of delivery period and process distribution since it checks the conditions of NC equipment.

It can be applied in equipment like machining center, NC shelf, and turn mill that contain FANUC i series, Heidenhain, Siemens equipment. A separate communication module, if added, can monitor the operation rate (in motion, alarm, halt, etc) of all equipment within facilities (discharger, wires, etc).
